RETURNS / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Exchange with another product, you send the product you want to exchange with the same courier service that you received and at your own expense to the address of the store N. kriko P.O. 35003 Sperchiada.

In case of change, you must contact us within 2 days at tel. 6972207922 for relevant information.

After we receive your return, we send you the replacement product.

 

REGARDING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We would like to inform you that the consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and nothing is missing from its original packaging (tags, labels, etc.).

Until the product reaches us, it is your responsibility, so you must take care of its safe transport in order to avoid any damage that would prevent it from being changed.

Also, the refund should be made in the same way as the original transaction


RETURN POLICY

When receiving your package, you must check that all products correspond to your order.

In case of wrong quantity or defective product, you must inform us by phone at 6972207922 on the same day or at the latest on the next working day after receiving your order.

Any request made outside this deadline will not be accepted for a change of products.

In case you want to change a product, you have the opportunity to make the change within 3 working days from the date of receipt.

If you wish to change a product you have purchased from the sale items, changes are only accepted with sale items. During sales periods, exchanges are only made with items on sale at their current price.
